Regenerative Aesthetics

Regenerative Aesthetics

Regenerative Aesthetics is a modern approach to reduce the signs of aging, by using our own regenerative cells to combat wrinkles, fine lines, scarring, and overall skin texture/ appearance.

These days there are so many cutting edge aesthetic treatments out there to keep men and women looking and feeling youthful. Whether it be laser treatments, botox, fillers, plastic surgery, etc. It’s hard to keep up with all that the cosmetic industry has to offer and decide what treatment could be right for you.

At ISPW, we believe that skin is a reflection of our health and it’s important to not only protect it, but also to take care of it. Skin health starts from the inside out and any skin issues could be a sign that something internally may be off. With our whole body approach we believe in using a more “natural” approach to reverse the signs of aging.

What is Regenerative Aesthetics?

Regenerative Aesthetics uses the same science that is used for Regenerative Medicine Therapies. We use platelet-rich-plasma to help regenerate skin cells and reduce the signs of aging. Platelet-Rich-Plasma is a regenerative medicine therapy used to increase natural collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid in the skin.

What are the procedures?

There are several different regenerative procedures that we offer at ISPW to help keep your skin looking young and fresh:

  • Skinpen micro-needling
  • Skinpen micro-needling with platelet-rich-plasma (prp)
  • Skinpen micro-needling with extra cellular vesicles
  • Hair restoration with extra cellular vesicles
  • Skinbetter peel treatment

What are Extra Cellular Vesicles?

Extra Cellular Vesicles are lipid bound vesicles secreted by cells into the extracellular space.

They consist of lipids, nucleic acids and proteins. Their purpose is to go into the area being treated to regenerate the cells and increase the amount of “younger” cells found.

The cells are harvested from amniotic fluid that comes from a donor who has undergone an FDA clearance process. The donor goes through a second screening process done by a third party quality assurance committee that performs an extensive background check on the donor.

Once the cells are harvested they go through several different sterilization processes and then are tested for safety.

Are Extra Cellular Vesicles safe?

Yes, these vesicles are completely safe. They go through extensive testing before being used for a procedure. The vesicles offer great anti-inflammatory properties as well as the ability to help reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and improve skin texture. The vessels give a large does of natural peptides, hyaluronic acid, elastin and collagen into the skin. Extra Cellular Vesicles can also be used to help regenerate thinning hair by restoring old hair cells with new cells, resulting in about 50% increase in hair volume.

Please note, that not all people are candidates for the hair restoration process. People who have a dead hair follicle will not see a benefit from this treatment.

Who is not a candidate for these treatments?

  • people who smoke
  • people who have dead hair follicles
  • people with blood/bleeding disorders
  • people with skin infections or skin diseases.

At Integrated Spine, Pain and Wellness we believe in a natural approach to stopping the aging process in your skin. Regenerative Aesthetics is our preferred method of treatment because it uses your own body to heal itself.
