During his Anesthesiology Residency training, also at Cleveland Clinic, he received recognition for outstanding patient care in both critical obstetric patients as well perioperative anesthesia.
Dr. Goyle believes in delivering the highest quality, individualized care to each patient. His focus is on non-narcotic, minimally invasive modalities to help patients return to their optimal function and health.
Dr. Goyle also has a special interest in holistic and functional medicine and in helping patients maintain wellness with lifestyle changes and nutritional support. Having trained in functional medicine through the Institute For Functional Medicine’s “Applying Functional Medicine In Clinical Practice”, Dr. Goyle believes in treating the whole person to help them reach their desired state of health and wellbeing.
Dr. Goyle has been practicing interventional pain medicine in Scottsdale, Arizona since 2008. Since then he has received the “Top Doc” in Pain Management distinction by Phoenix physicians in Phoenix Magazine several years from 2011-2020.
Dr. Goyle offers multiple modalities to help people manage their pain and live a desired quality of life. These modalities include spinal injections, radiofrequency ablation, neuromodulation (spinal cord stimulator), musculoskeletal and joint injections as well as diet and healthy lifestyle changes. He is well versed in interventional and multimodal pain management, and has special interest in applying the innovative field of regenerative medicine to help treat acute and chronic pain conditions.
Dr. Goyle is double board certified through The American Board of Anesthesiologists in Anesthesiology with sub-specialty certification in Pain Medicine. He is a member in good standing of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the Institute For Functional Medicine, and The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
In his free time, Dr. Goyle enjoys spending time with his wife and his two puppies, playing guitar, listening to music and going to concerts, exercising, meditation, traveling, fine wine and his wife’s cooking
