DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

Running on empty and your body knows it

Your nervous system may be stuck in fight-or-flight. SGB is designed to help it stand down.

What is a Stellate Ganglion Block?

The stellate ganglion is a small cluster of nerves in the front of your neck, part of the “fight-or-flight” wiring that controls your stress response.

An SGB is a quick, precise injection of local anesthetic placed near that nerve cluster under image guidance. By temporarily calming those nerves, it can help “reset” an over-activated stress response.

Originally used for certain pain conditions, SGB has gained attention as a supportive option for people whose nervous systems are stuck in overdrive.

SIMPLE AND PRECISE

How It Works

CONSULTATION

Dr. Goyle reviews your history and goals to confirm you’re a good candidate and set honest expectations.

THE PROCEDURE

A precise, ultrasound-guided injection near the stellate ganglion. The treatment itself takes only minutes.

RESET & RECOVER

You rest briefly, then head home. Some patients notice a sense of calm within hours to days.

WHY PATIENTS CONSIDER SGB

What It May Help With

✓ Symptoms of anxiety and chronic stress

✓ Trauma- and PTSD-related symptoms (studied use)

✓ Poor sleep and that “can’t switch off” feeling

SGB is not a cure and is not a substitute for mental-health care. Research is still emerging and it isn’t right for everyone which is why every candidate begins with a consultation. Individual results vary.

Expert hands. Concierge care.

Dr. Ashu Goyle is a Cleveland Clinic–trained, board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional specialist who performs SGB with image guidance for precision and safety, within a concierge setting built around your comfort and your time.
