01. Start with a free call
Speak with our team to learn about our clinic, our approach, and whether moving forward makes sense for you.

02. Send your imaging
Before meeting with Dr. Goyle, we need imaging from the last six months.
The written MRI report is enough to get started. You do not need new imaging.
03. Complete your virtual MRI review with Dr. Goyle
This is a private, HIPAA-secure video call. Dr. Goyle will review your imaging, ask questions about your condition, and determine whether you may be a candidate for treatment.
You will receive a secure video link and confirmation email before your appointment.
Fee: $250 paid in advance.
04. Receive your personalized plan
If you are a candidate, Dr. Goyle and our team will guide you through every next step. You will receive your recommended treatment plan, travel timing guidance, your full pre and post care protocol, and answers to any remaining questions.
05. Travel in for treatment
Our team will make sure you arrive informed, supported, and completely ready. From the moment you land, you are taken care of. You focus on healing. We handle everything else.
